Home Information Packs

As of the 21st May 2010 Home Information Packs have been shelved by the Government. At last you can put your property on the market with no delay and additional cost the Home Information Pack created for sellers.

Energy Performance Cetificates

These are now required for all properties marketed for rent and sale. At Hane we can provide an EPC the next day from your enquiry. We are extremley competitive on cost. Please contact our office to book an EPC.
